If you notice that money was deducted automatically from your account, it is likely because the Auto Top-Up feature was enabled. Auto Top-Up helps you maintain sufficient Global Calling Credit without manual intervention. When your balance falls below a set threshold, the app automatically adds credit using your selected payment method, ensuring uninterrupted service for international calls and other in-app features.
To enable or disable Auto Top-Up, open the Talk Home App and go to the My Account section. From there, select Auto Top-Up and toggle the feature ON or OFF as needed. You can also customize the top-up amount and the balance threshold that triggers automatic credit addition.
