Refunds for Top-Ups Sent to the Wrong Number?

Modified on Wed, 14 Jan at 9:52 AM

Mobile top-ups in the Talk Home App are digital products by nature. Once a top-up is successfully processed and credited to a number, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred. This applies even if the top-up was sent to the wrong number by mistake. The reason is that digital products are delivered instantly to the recipient’s account, and once completed, the transaction is final.

To avoid errors, always double-check the recipient number before confirming any top-up. Ensuring the correct number is entered helps your Global Calling Credit reach the intended account without issues.

If you experience a technical problem, such as a failed transaction where the credit was not applied, please contact our customer support team with your transaction details. While top-ups sent to the wrong number cannot be refunded, our team can assist with other account or payment-related issues promptly.
